I thought that to sleep you must free your mind, don't think to anything, relax every muscle, slow your breathing.
Instead, I noticed that just when you're traveling in your thoughts so much that you don't care about your breath, so much that you don't realize that your muscles are stretched that you fall asleep.
credevo che per addormentarsi occorresse liberare la mente, non pensare a nulla, rilassare ogni muscolo, rallentare il respiro. Invece ho notato che è proprio quando stai viaggiando immerso nei tuoi pensieri al punto di non fare caso al tuo respiro, al punto di non renderti conto che i tuoi muscoli sono tesi che vieni accolto dal sonno.

It seems a futuristic film of the past, style recall me Sin City but the film is full of references to classic genre films
